It's Slingo
Slingo was invented in 1995 by -- you guessed it -- Slingo, Inc. It mixes the popular games of slots and bingo to create what would eventually become somewhat of an internet sensation. The basic rules are simple: a player has 20 spins in which he will receive five numbers that will align with the columns on his Slingo card. Each number he gets that matches a number on his Slingo card, he can then mark off, gaining him points. The last four spins of the game must be bought with points.
Aside from the basic rules, there are also special items: there are Jokers, which allow you to pick any number in the column in which they show up; Super Jokers, which let you choose any number on your card, regardless of column placement; Devils, which cut your score in half, although frequently an Angel will show up to save you; Coins that automatically give you points; and Free Spins to aid you with the last four spins of the game.
Finally, players have a time limit on each of their spins. In the allotted time, they must spin, and then use all of their numbers and items. If any numbers or items remain unused at the end of the time limit, then they are considered lost.
At the end of the game, the player with the most points is the winner.
